RENTAL AGREEMENT

By entering into this agreement, the RENTER acknowledges that they are renting equipment from PREMIER CREATIVE GROUP (PREMIER) for a specified period. The RENTER assumes responsibility for the safe return of the equipment and agrees to use it with reasonable care to prevent excessive wear, tear, or damage. Upon returning the rental equipment to PREMIER, the RENTER agrees to ensure it is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery, excluding reasonable wear and tear. If any damage or loss occurs while the equipment is under the RENTER’s care, custody, and/or control, the RENTER will promptly notify PREMIER and be billed for the replacement cost. The RENTER is not permitted to allow any other parties to use or possess the equipment without obtaining prior consent from PREMIER for each instance. All materials and equipment provided by PREMIER are rented and remain the property of PREMIER, unless explicitly identified as a sale.

CANCELLATIONS

At Premier Creative Group, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional services that meet your creative needs. We understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of your project. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to quality, we have established a comprehensive cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your project within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will be applied. This fee is essential to cover the resources and efforts invested in preparing your project. We kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to minimize any inconvenience caused by rescheduling or canceling within this timeframe.

For cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window, Premier Creative Group charges a fee of 6% of the total project cost to cover credit card transaction fees associated with processing your initial payment. This helps us offset the expenses incurred during the payment process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

In cases where Union Labor is required for your project, if Union Labor has already been scheduled prior to the cancellation, the RENTER must pay the full amount if the Union does not allow Premier Creative Group to cancel the Labor Call. This condition ensures that any expenses or commitments made to Union Labor are upheld, as per the requirements and regulations set forth by the Union.

UNPAID BALANCES

If there are any pre-approved unpaid balances remaining after the event concludes, payment will be due upon completion of the negotiated terms. After (30) days from the invoice payment due date, any unpaid balance will accrue a finance charge at a rate equal to the lesser of the maximum rate allowed by applicable law or 1.5% per month, resulting in an annual percentage rate of 18%. Future orders will require prepayment. If the finance charge exceeds the maximum rate allowed by applicable law, it will be automatically adjusted to the maximum rate, and any excess finance charge received by PREMIER will be applied towards the principal unpaid balance or refunded to the payer.
