RIGGING PORTAL

All drawings must be submitted in VWX, DWG, or DXF format and drawn on the CAD file for the location showing ceiling heights and hang point locations. Each element attached to the flown structure will be required to have label information on the CAD showing the weight of the attached element. The final drawing will need to show a label representing the combined total weight of the attached equipment, banners, décor, truss, motors, and allotment for cable, for each flown constructed section.

PDF format rigging plots are not acceptable for production rigging, unless otherwise directed & will be based on the production’s requirements.

Premier is happy to assist with any production CAD services for your organization's production development, please note there will be an associated fee. To best serve your production needs, in the event of Premier contracted CAD services, we will need advanced notice to best support your production expectations.

All events in the Riverview Ballroom spaces require a boom lift for access to the high steel. When the rigging quotes are composed, we will include and detail the costs associated to required items such as this for your team to review.
